The JHL is first and foremost a commercial cattle enterprise. We know that for us and our industry to be successful, we must provide a quality product that performs both on the ranch and at harvest.
We are a cow-driven operation. The cow is queen of the ranch—she must work on her own without human intervention and produce efficient replacement heifers and calves that convert forage to high-quality meat.
Our Angus and Braunvieh genetics have been tracked from birth to harvest for over 25 years, giving us the data to continuously improve our herd.
